Stomp It Camps | Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Bookings and Registration
  • With camp registration, you acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of «Stomp It Camp» from «Stomp It Tutorials».
  • Bookings/registrations have to be made via our website not later than 4 weeks before the starting date oft he camp.
  • After the booking, you will receive a confirmation via email.
  • The booking will be final after we received the full payment.
  • If someone else manages to pay before you, we have to release your spot and you will be refunded if you already paid a contribution.
  • Flights: Booking flights or other means of travel is the responsibility of the participants. Please book the flights only after you have received the definitive registration confirmation.



  1. Cancellation and Refunds

In case of cancellation from the client’s side, the following policy shall apply:

  • At least 5 weeks/35 days before arrival: 100% refund.
  • 5 weeks or less before arrival: No refund.
  • We recommend a trip cancellation insurance for covering unused ski school services (responsibility of the participants themselves).
  • Clients who arrive late or fail to show up are NOT entitled to any refund.
  • Special Hintertux Camp Cancellation: at least 7 Weeks or 49 days before arrival 100% refund
  • Special Hintertux Camp Cancellation: 48 days or less, no refund.

 

2.1  Covid-19 

  • Switzerland has remained one of the most modest countries in Europe regarding restricting travel, but there is always a chance that could change.
  • Therefor make sure to get a travel insurance that covers pandemic type issues.
  • This could be travel restrictions, you getting sick, or quarantine requirements that makes it impossible to join.
  1. Insurance and ski pass
  • Stomp It Camp does not take out accident insurance for the participants. Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants themselves. Stomp It Camp/Stomp It Tutorials GmbH declines any financial liability in the event of an accident.
  • All skiers coached by Stomp It Camp must have a valid accident and rescue insurance covering treatment and repatriation. This insurance must cover both: accidents on and off the piste.
  • Third-party liability insurance covering ski accidents is recommended.
  • Insurance that covers cancellations (including ski school services) is also recommended.


  1. Equipment
  • As a participant you can rent ski gear from the nearby rental shops and their prices and rules will apply. The equipment is not included in the camp booking expenses.



  1. In case of bad weather
  • We ski as long as the lifts are open and accessible.
  • If the lifts are closed, we train on the trampoline, do video analysis or other useful or fun activities.
  • There is no refund of the fees due to bad weather. We issue no refunds due to bad weather.


  1. Use of personal data
  • Security and data protection:

The data necessary for the business transaction, regardless whether they were collected online or offline, are saved by Stomp It Camp and can be used for contract processing on the one hand and for marketing and statistical purposes on the other. All personal data will be treated confidentially by Stomp It Camp/Stomp It Tutorials.


  • Disclosure of personal data to third parties:
    Stomp It Camps / Stomp It Tutorials GmbH undertakes to pass on personal data only to business partners who need these data on behalf of Stomp It Camp/Tutorials for the processing of a clearly defined order (e.g. post office, print shop, etc.). Apart from this, Stomp It Camp/Tutorials does not pass on any personal data to third companies.
  • For the purpose of … (e.g. carpooling), participants' addresses (i.e. name, postal address, e-mail) are listed in a list of participants and sent to all camp participants. The recipients may not use this address data for any other purpose, in particular for commercial purposes. In addition, Stomp It Tutorials GmbH may use the address and personal data collected for its own communication activities without restriction.
  • Protection of privacy at events:
    With the binding registration for an event of Stomp It Camp/Tutorials (this takes place by sending the completed registration form) the customers agree that it is allowed to take pictures (photos), moving pictures and sound recordings of them at the event.
  • Use of photos:
    With the registration to an event, the picture and sound rights of the customer are passing over completely and automatically to Stomp It Camp/Tutorials.


Image and sound recordings may be used by Stomp It Tutorials GmbH for its own communication via the Internet (www.stompittutorials.com), Facebook fan page, camp brochure, Email, YouTube, Instagram, IGTV, etc. Participants who do not accept that can turn to info@stompitcamps.com and we will do our best to leave you out.
