Position: Part-Time Ski Instructor

Stomp It Camps is seeking local, fully qualified ski instructors for our camps this season. Instructors must be based in or near Flims and able to commute without needing accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ski instruction for camps running Monday to Friday (5 days of teaching).
• Ensure a safe, fun learning environment for participants of various skill levels.
• Tailor instruction to meet individual or group needs.

Requirements:

• Level 4 certification or equivalent (e.g., Staatlich geprüfter Skilehrer).
• 2+ years of teaching experience.
• Must reside near Flims for easy commuting.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Schedule:

• Camps run from Sunday night through Friday (5 days of instructing).
• You choose what weeks to work.

Stomp It Camps is looking for a passionate freestyle skier to join our team as a coach for the upcoming season. We’re seeking someone based in or near Flims who can commute to the mountain without requiring accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Coach freestyle skiing for camps running Monday to Friday (5 days of coaching).
• Break down tricks and help participants progress in the park.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.

Requirements:

• Passionate freestyle skier with a strong understanding of trick mechanics.
• Ability to break down and teach freestyle tricks step-by-step.
• Coaching or Ski instructor experience is a plus but not required.
• Must reside near Flims for easy commuting.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Position: Filmer & Editor
Location: Flims Laax, Switzerland (and potentially other locations)

Stomp It Tutorials is looking for a talented Filmer & Editor to join our team! If you’re passionate about skiing, have a keen eye for detail, and love capturing the thrill of the slopes, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a breathtaking alpine setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled skier, comfortable on various terrains (piste, freestyle, freeride).
• Strong camera operation skills with the ability to capture high-quality footage in mountain environments.
• Proficient in video editing, with experience in producing engaging, professional-grade content.
• Experience flying drones and capturing smooth aerial footage.
• Ability to operate a gimbal for stable, cinematic shots.
• A passion for storytelling through video, showcasing the essence of skiing culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Film and edit high-quality skiing tutorial content on the slopes with our team.
• Capture exciting, instructional footage that reflects our passion for skiing.
• Collaborate with ski instructors to create visually engaging content for our audience.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with action sports filming.
• Knowledge of GoPro or similar action cameras.

Start Date: Beginning of November 2024

Location: Filming primarily takes place in Flims Laax, with potential for filming in other locations.
