Refund policy

  1. Bookings and Registration
  • With camp registration, you acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of «Stomp It Camp» from «Stomp It Tutorials».
  • Bookings/registrations should ideally be made via our website not later than 4 weeks before the starting date oft he camp.
  • After the booking, you will receive a confirmation via email.
  • The booking will be final after we received the full payment.
  • If someone else manages to pay before you, we have to release your spot and you will be refunded if you already paid a contribution.
  • Flights: Booking flights or other means of travel is the responsibility of the participants. Please book the flights only after you have received the definitive registration confirmation.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

In case of cancellation from the client’s side, the following policy shall apply:

  • At least 5 weeks/35 days before arrival: 100% refund. (unless otherwise stated below)
  • At least 5 weeks/35 days before arrival: We can happily change your booking to a different camp. Differences in price will be applied.
  • 5 weeks or less before arrival: No refund.
  • Hintertux Camp Cancellation: at least 7 Weeks or 49 days before arrival 100% refund
  • Hintertux Camp Cancellation: 48 days or less, No Refund.
  • Posh Camp Cancellation: At least 61 days before arrival 100% refund
  • Posh Camp Cancellation: 60 Days or less, No Refund 
  • Dolomites Camp Cancellation: at least 35 days before arrival 100% refund
  • Dolomites Camp Cancellation: 34 days or less, No refund
  • We recommend a trip cancellation insurance for covering unused ski school services (responsibility of the participants themselves).
  • Clients who arrive late or fail to show up are NOT entitled to any refund.
  • If Stomp It Camps must cancel a camp due to insufficient snow, glacier retreat, or other uncontrollable circumstances within the hotel’s 35 day no-refund cancelation policy, we will issue a minimum of 60% refund to affected participants. If the sunk costs are lower we will offer a larger refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period (For Physical Products, NOT Camps)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
