Sunday afternoon – Arrive at your hotel in San Candido (Innichen)
15:00 (3 PM) – Check-in at Sporthotel Tyrol (check-in times may vary slightly)
18:00 (6 PM) – Meet & greet in the hotel lobby
19:00 (7 PM) – Group dinner for those who booked a package including hotel

if possible avoid booking flights that arrive late in the afternoon, as this can cause delays or missed connections with onward trains or transfers into the mountains.

Travel to Franzensfeste / Fortezza station via ÖBB, Trenitalia, or SBB
Transfer to the Pustertal (Val Pusteria) railway line toward San Candido / Innichen
Walk (~7 minutes) or take a quick taxi from San Candido station to Sporthotel Tyrol

Bus:

Local bus lines connect nearby towns (Dobbiaco, Sesto, etc.) to San Candido
From San Candido train station, you can also use local buses or taxis to reach the hotel
