In this video, we are going follow Liz our winter mountain guide on the mountain and learn about avalanche safety and four key areas where if you follow them you can reduce the amount of risk you take when freeriding. No matter what you do you will take some risk when you are going freeriding so it is important to learn as much as possible and try to use all the information you have to make choices.
